I am almost done with my program and am happy with the results thus far. I had different invisalign consultations, and found this to be the best deal by far. Dr. Paglia is very experienced and knows what she is doing. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and always really nice. Know that the Boston office is only open on Fridays. E-mail (which can be found on their website) is the best way to reach Vanessa, the Invisalign coordinator. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in getting invisalign!

Their Invisalign costs $5000 no matter how much work you needed done. I was quoted $2500 by another dentist since my treatment is small & quick. I found this interactive to be disappointing.

I called them 3 times in 3 weeks and they did not return my call. They were basically avoiding me. I will be requesting a refund or another equivalent option. Thanks

Every time I tried to call to make an appointment I got voicemail. First time the voicemail box was full. After that I left a message and never got a call back.

They don't pick up the phone and its so hard to find.
