In the class I attended, the instructor was really good. She was patient in instructing me, and made it really easy to not overdue it or hurt myself - she even said she'd rather I did the moves right not just do them. It was perfect, because it allowed me to do the exercises correctly, not try to be "cool" and keep up.

I would definitely go back again if they offered another deal. The current prices are too expensive as they are.
