The staff are friendly and great to beginners! Special attention when needed.

Patient instructors. Small class size. Nice clean equipment. When I went. the class was all women, which makes ME feel more comfortable.

I really enjoy the music for the classes as well! It really pumps you up for a good workout :-)

I do not think your instructors are that good. I have taken classes with three so far and found either their routines to be incredibly repetitive, they are not very good at explaining positions on the equipment or aren't that fit. I also do not understand how classes are fully booked three weeks in advance (ie Barre Blast) - why dont they offer more sessions per day if that is the case?
