Nice guys but they found ways to make it much more expensive and forgot to put three screens back in--just left them in the room.

This company was nearly impossible to get a phone call back after my multiple attempts (since August and it is now November 7th!) to schedule my window cleaning. I finally got a call back on the last day the coupon was valid only to be told that they would not honor the coupon because they don't have anymore coupon appointments available. The gentleman I spoke with spoke over me throughout the entire phone conversation and would not listen to what I had to say and that basically my satisfaction didn't matter. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I was trying to give a local small business my business and was treated like I didn't matter.

They didn't show up after spending hours taking down screens. Useless!

I purchased 30 windows cleaning - paid 130.00. They cleaned 12 double hung. They clean ONLY DOUBLE HUNG, no sliders, no crank out. What a disappointment. The windows they did clean they did well. Just a note- they also do not do screens or sills unless you want to pay extra, a lot extra.

do not buy, they schedule appointment then cancel without telling you and won't return calls...lots of negative reviews online

They've done a huge damage to my house. They dropped the window that left a hole in the wall and on the floor. A week has passed, didn't hear from their insurance and from them. No apologies from the owner, no phone calls, nothing. Please stay away from this company!

Repeated failed attempts to get my windows cleaned. Huge waste of my time.

They gave me an appointment 4 weeks away. I called to confirm on the day of the appointment and they said they would be coming. They never showed up for the appointment!!! They never returned my calls or emails. Consumers beware!
