I love the extraordinary talent that she and her team exhibit.. They teach extremely well and are unbelievably organized! They take cake decorating to a whole new level!

Wow, you have made so many amazing cakes! I had been looking for decorating classes around Boston but just didn't want to take Wilson or a chain class. I wanted one on one and this was definitely it! We made fondant, and could creatively decorate. Thanks for the fondant, cake (which was delicious), and let over cupcakes! Super adorable and personable staff, clean and creative bakery, and the instructors were patient and funny. I'll be back, even though it's quite a drive!

What a wonderful time we had. Amanda and Tim are great teachers and very supportive. Each participant was amazed with the cake she created. The cakes were all so different and so beautiful. I have since made a buttercream at home to the raves of my family. I am looking forward to taking another class. Joelle

There is a very open and helpful attitude by both Amanda and her staff. No question is off limits and they readily share their knowledge and experience. Had a great time and also learned a lot!
