I found it very difficult to find the location, as 75 Arlington Street is a large office building. It was very stressful trying to figure out where to go, and that was not the way I wanted to start off my massage. Simple directions would have been appreciated: go to the security desk to get an ID badge, go up to the 5th floor, call me, and wait in the lobby.
Also, the website stated that she was an herbalist, yet she asked me about some of the supplements, which were herbs, that I take. This made me question her knowledge as an herbalist.
