customer service was beyond terrible from check-in to the photographer to the person who sold me the pictures. They were the rudest people I have encountered for a long time, but I needed a family photo of my six children and we got one great shot.

The staff were excellent, both front and back room. My photographer, Celeste, really knew how to work with me to bring out great pictures.

More variety and more creativity in the photo session. Some of the props look a little worn out and tired.

I wish more attention had been paid to the detail (shirt off shoulder, hair etc.) before the picture was taken. We had some nice pictures, but didn't select them because of this.

The whole experience was positive, and when our photos didn't turn out just how we wanted them in the first session, it was not a problem to have them reshoot for us. Hailey did an amazing job when we went in with all 8 cousins, whose ages ranged from 2-11! When I brought in my 3 kids, she really listened to what I wanted and didn't want as far as poses and backgrounds, but she also had some great ideas. We will always go to Yuen Lui for our family portraits.
