Dr. Bob and his team are fantastic! After being quoted some astronomical prices for Invisalign elsewhere in Seattle, I was glad to find Clearly Comfortable Smiles. I appreciate Dr. Bob's approach to keep patient costs down by moving between offices and have never had an issue scheduling at least a week in advance.

My only complaint is that my card was charged but I couldn't get into a convenient location to get my consultation so I could get the insurance payment for 2 months. Other than that, my consultation was great and they did call me and let me know of a cancellation so I was able to get in sooner. That was great customer service.
