First they told us we were out of their service are but in fact we were not. They spent 5 minutes spraying around the house that didn't do anything to help our ant problem. We had to bring Terminex in to resolve our ant problem. They were able to get rid of our ant problem in one visit.

Did not keep arranged appointment times and did not call to explain why even after telling me I would receive a call from owner/manager. With this level of service I find it difficult to see how they have been in business 60 years as their answering machine boast.
