aquaBelly namesake classes are designed for moms-to-be—and as the name would suggest, the sessions take place in a swimming pool. These prenatal classes employ resistance bands, as well as the natural resistance of water, to tone physiques and alleviate pregnancy side effects ranging from backaches to cramps. Once babies are born, new moms can bring them to an aquaBelly Baby class, a similar aquatic workout that has an added jolt of strength training. Other sessions, designed for solo adults who aren't expecting, sculpt physiques with high-octane water aerobics.
