Ms Jackie in Boynton Beach is a real gem. She is very patient with her students and makes her class fun. My daughter looks forward to her class every week rain or shine.

We love the one on one instruction and that parents do not have to get into the pool. We also like the pool being indoors. Ms. Shelly is very kind and patient with our two year old.

I loved this so much. I was so afraid to go but the instructor was so sweet and encouraging. Would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their swim or want to learn for the first time.

Very friendly and professional

The teacher Vanessa is great, she is a great teacher and I've learned a lot. I will highly recommend her to anybody. Now on the other hand Daniella, the girl who handle the finance and paper works, she's terrible, I mean she should be replaced, no offence. When you ask her about the cost of something she will tell you something and when you go to pay it, then she will tell you: "Oh did I also mentioned that you need to pay extra for bla bla bla. She just seems not to know what her job is. Anyway you go there for the swimming and the swimming is great!!!

My son cried the whole way there but once we got there he got right in the pool with the coach! He then thanked me for making him go afterwords an said it was fun when are we coming back!! ha ha He loves it! (Age 4)

Good and very professional, place is very clean

When you call to ask a company a question about their offer they should provide you with the correct information. However British Swim doesn’t do that. They tell you what you want to hear so you purchase it, however when you go to redeem the rules completely change. Horrible customer service. I won’t be recommending them to anyone again. Absolutely disgustied and now have a crying 4 yr old.

Recommend using a different facility other than 24 Hour FITNESS GYM. - also have instructors who can relate well to children and show enthusiasm on the job
