Horrible!!! Only good thing was hot towel. Not close shave. Terrible hair cut. Save your money and go to your regular barber. Bought this as a gift for my husband. He HATED the service. I asked him why he didn't tell the person working on him. His answer was the guy was not personable and didn't want an issue...just wanted OUT!!!!
