Use monterey jack rather than mozzarella in your vegie quesadilla. And maybe fewer vegies so the quesadilla doesn't get soggy on the bottom. The top was lovely and crispy.

The place was very nice & quiet when i visited. My 5 year old son loved his quesidilla & more importantly the rice.. Great place would recommend..
