You might want to purchase your own gloves because the gloves that are there are used and sweaty. They are disgusting.

I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that the instructor didn't stand up in front and just yell the entire time. She came around and actually checked to see if you were doing the exercise correctly.
