My first time here. Beautiful studio in a repurposed antique firehouse! Sara was a wonderful instructor! Loved that they offered towels and hair elastics!!

I'm enjoying the classes however, the seems to be a problem with the temperature in the yoga room. There is no air conditioning in the room and the overhead fans are a bit inadequate. I'm not a fan of hot yoga which is why I do not attend those classes. I hope they see this comment and make a change otherwise I may not be able to attend the classes.

Went to the Chillfest last week (I think Courtney was the instructor) and it was great!! So very relaxing after a long week of work! Looking forward to trying the other classes.
