When trying to book a time for pickup with them, both numbers were out off service, so we thought the worst! However, I contacted them through their website and they emailed back promptly and apologized for the inconvenience and we made the booking. Not using them until beginning of March, but feel confident in their service now we have spoken to their offic.

Driver was on time - even a few minutes early - very polite.

Don't fully trust your iPhone map to tell you how many km you are from your destination. It cost me another $5 to get to the airport as I was further away than expected. Nice driver though, and he was right on time. I'm pleased with the service.

Confirm your booking as they stuffed mine up. I originally booked for 12.30pm and then changed it to 11.45am and they had me in for 11.45pm honest and simple mistake but very stressful then having to wait 50 minutes for a car. They maybe need to pay a little more attention to the details.

Excellent service on both occasions we used AiRoute Limo. The first time was to pick us up after our wedding ceremony and drive us to the hotel. Limo was one time, a very nice car and pleasant driver and the second was a pickup for the airport and all service was excellent!

The quoted phone number was not obtainable. When I booked I advised that I had a large amount of luggage. The car supplied was not really suitable for this luggage. The driver said that the van should have been sent. However, the driver did fit the luggage into the car.
