Its really tough to speak with anyone to ask questions or book an appointment. Calls go to voice mail and they will call back "shortly" which often meant the next day, during the day when I was at work and unable to take a call. It took 3 weeks to speak to someone and make an appointment, and then they were booked for another 4 weeks for the time slots I was requesting. Otherwise the actual services experience was great.
