Used for my son's birthday party. It was fun for everyone.

My friends and I had a really great time a couple weeks ago when we went! The staff were very friendly and we had a lot of fun. We’re ages 18-19

Celebrated a birthday party at burlington location. Excellent experience. Clean place and friendly staff!!

I took my boys to Brampton location because Mississauga location still closed for renovation, and the boys love it, it was outdoors, they had lots of fun and it was safe!

Better suited to older kids unless there is a party of younger kids 12 yrs of age or thereabouts.

It was ok. The place was empty so the kids had the place to themselves. At first the instruter was very informative and patient with the kids(as they had never been before) but he seemed to get very impatient and short with them as the visit went on. This may have been understandable if they were really busy and had other guests to attend to, but again we were the only ones there. One of the children cut their play short as this instructor mad him feel very uncomfortable, by yelling at him and at one point calling him a cry baby( not appropriate ever). There was also a very small selection of drinks(water or Mountain Dew) or snacks considering you can't bring your own. When the kids were done we thanked the girls at the counter and left only to get a phone call later to inform me that my I.D. had been left behind. I feel this was part of their resposability to ensure it was returned and now an extra trip had to be made the next day to retrieve it. Not sure we will return to this location, but we may try another.

Staff were very helpful..it was only our discomfort that we did not like the game.. otherwise place and people working there were awesome especially our instructor.
