The person cleaning the vehicle broke the dvd that was installed in a head rest and said he found it this way. He also omitted few areas that remained dirty and left garbage laying around on the driveway. Would not recommend at all.

Too many upcharges. Paid extra for larger vehicle SUV which I knew about but paid extra again because it took longer than 2 hours...this should have been included!

Not getting any value whatsoever. $350 for car detailing?

It's a rip off to the client to advertise for a full car detailing, but then only give them whatever you can get done in 2 hours. I paid for a car detailing, i got a 2 hour car cleaning. If you had two guys or three guys instead of 1 guy doing the cleaning, maybe my car would've actually been complete within the two hours. Nowhere in your ad did you specify how many guys would be cleaning my car. When i pay for a car detailing, i expect it to be complete and not to get charged an extra $25 an hour for whatever you don't get done within 2 hours. Also, when i pay you an extra $40 for shampooing, the time spent doing that process should not come out of my 2 hours that i paid for initially up front. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to others or be a repeat customer.
