My Quick Fitness experience in Brampton was very productive. The gym size is perfect, I found all my machines and weights easily, the turf was really nice to use, and the overall environment was really supportive and clean.

Although basic gym but it has everything you need to get a great workout. Great value, friendly staff, not over crowded and most of all no muscled, sweaty dudes grunting all over the place.
