Calling is not the best way of communication for them, however they do answer emails in a timely matter. The classes are fun and a great workout, I would reccommend this to anyone. I'm so glad I made the purchase.

My first experience was above and beyond.....I left feeling excited for the next class! I also left with a new confidence and a realization that I am stronger than I realized I was. The instructor was excellent, patient and very awesome at teaching! :)
