good service and convenient locations

The personal service was very much appreciated. You dont feel rushed or pressured. I was there a couple of hours and left completely satisfied with my selection and confident the glasses would be made correctly. I have them now and they are wonderful!

The workers at Kennedy Perkins were nice and very helpful. The sales woman helping me listened to what type of frame I was looking for and found me a perfect pair! I tried on a lot of frames just to make sure since I am so picky, but ended up getting the first pair that the sales woman picked. She was very patient with me throughout the whole process. I will definitely go back.

The selection was amazing, and the staff there were helpful without being too pushy. It was a great experience.

Based on my own experience and what I observed while in the office, the receptionist was not friendly to the customers. I also thought it was very odd and somewhat unprofessional for no staff to be "on the floor" for any length of time. Several times I found myself looking for assistance with no staff to be found because they were in the back.
