Great customer service. Brittney provided pre-consultation few days before the hair cut and color via text message and phone call. If the color which is not good for your hair (going to damage the hair), she will suggest not to choice. The result is good after the cut.

Other than the fact that I was surprised at how long it took me to get an appointment I was really pleased. She was very pleasant and accommodating and did a great job. I love the cut and color and I will certainly be back to see her again.
