Salmon sauteed with a spicy white wine sauce rests over a bed of spinach, and whole fish absorb the vibrant flavors of spicy apple and ginger-chili sauces. Items such as fruity smoothies are available with appetizers before your meal, and mango sticky rice or coconut ice cream are available for dessert. The menu calls out dishes' spice levels with a helpful red-chili scoring system, with one chili meaning spicy, two meaning very spicy, and one and a half meaning that someone took a bite out of the menu.
