Instructors are so kind and helpful, but most of all encouraging. After my first class, I have been sore and definitely feel like I got a great workout in. Can't wait to go back!

Edy is awesome! Her kickboxing class is ideal; it may be difficult at times and you may have to challange yourself but, you feel great after the workout and that's what I was looking for. I would recommend her class!

This has been a great expirence for our son. The trainer was very welcoming and has a great knowledge in teaching the kids techniques and skill! Fun is had by all.
