Love the training! It really got me on track to continue on with a healthier lifestyle. Joe is great and pushes me to my limit, which is exactly what I need! It’s personal and the low key- enjoyed it so much I decided to stick with Joe for another 3 months!

I thought what could change in two weeks? I went to Affronti after many failed attempts at exercise. I've been struggling with weight gain because two surgeries and PCOS. In two weeks, I have seen my body change and my endurance. My health has become better and many issues around PCOS are gone. I feel like a different person and have a new lifestyle. It has been a life changin experience for me.
