Rex, the owner, was very nice and thorough! He and his apprentice were in and out quickly. Treated a back closet with a strong ammonia smell. Much better now. Carpet looks great. Thanks Caldwell Carpet Cleaning & Restoration!

The carpet technician was very nice. He did a great job and didn't waste any time. He explained how long it would take for the carpet to dry and how to speed the dry time. Topnotch.

Rex was awesome! He explained everything to us and got our carpet looking and smelling fresh!! We had stained areas he got clean and made the rooms smell so good!

Had an 8am appt. When he hadn't shown by 9, I called and left a message. Got a call back at 10:30 saying he was running late and would be here in 45 mins. He showed up at 11:30. I had to leave so didn't get to talk the him. Husband came home to meet him. Carpet was better but still had some small spots, but chair he cleaned didn't show much improvement.

I filed a complaint about their customer service & the quality of their work. They said they cleaned the carpets but every stain remains. It does not look clean. They said they would call or come by but did neither. I will never use them nor recommend them.
