Love getting b12 shots and the office is awesome. Hopefully some day they will offer Saturday hours. Everyone is always so nice.

Acupuncture treatment was just what I needed for neck, shoulder and hip pain. Really helped get the energy moving resulting in softening of tightness and less pain. Dr Nickels and staff all helpful and kind.

Like others have mentioned this might be a good place if you already get acupuncture from a specialist. The staff was pretty nice. Dr Nickolas I believe seem to be more shocked that I haven't tried other services for my issue with my lower back, believe her suggestion chiropractor. I just have a stiff lower back so didn't think to see a chiropractor for that. On the acupunture. I breifly went over the benefits and explain what she would be doing. After sticking me she left never to be seen again an assistant came in and removed the needles and told me I could make another appointment if I want and quickly left the room as I put my shirt back on. There was no instructions on what to do afterwards no suggestions or anything. So I will be taking my business elsewhere as that is what Dr Nicolas suggested during her introduction.

Very disappointed in Acupuncture at this location. They forgot about me and left me in the room for 2 hours with needles in me. I also put my face down and there was a stray needle on the face rest that touched my lip. There were also stray needles on the floor. I only used 4 of the 6 and would like a refund as I feel no benefit and in fact I question how the impact of the above mentioned affected me negatively.

If this is your first acupuncture appointment then I don't recommend it. If you've already experienced acupuncture and are looking for getting in and out with little interaction from people then this is for you. I had a 5 minute interaction, consult and treatment then she was out the door. Someone else came in to take out needles. No discussion on when to return etc... I left feeling disappointed

No one explained the procedure or even told me when I was done. I was cold and uncomfortable, and no one came to check on me.
