The make up artists were great. The actual conference room where the class took place was ok. The neighborhood where the hotel was located was questionable.

Because the class sizes are so large and the material is very engaging, it might be better to add instructors or decrease the class size. It was really fun and informative.

Get a PA system so we can all hear you. Make sure the A/C works in the room that you've booked.

They didn't have the packages of products that were included in the promotion. They also said they would send out an email to get our addresses so they could send it to us. I waited a week, but didn't receive an email and emailed them. They emailed promptly back, took my address and said it would take 6-8 weeks to mail out. I wish I could've had that stuff during the session.

I got great tips for my specific hair & make up needs. The instructors were great and addressed our questions very well. My only criticism is that the lighting in the room was very poor and made it difficult for us to see the details of the demonstrations.

Overall this company did not deliver. The class should've been 6 hours long but the class started late, lunch ran over and they barely went over the hair portion. I was hoping for a lot more.

Next time, please provide correct address for event.

Don't make promises and then not give the goodie bags. The instructors were good and gave individual help to some and not others.
