They were friendly and helpful. But I waited about 15 min for my car to arrive at the rental office and the coupon had some hidden limitation that I was not able to get the full benefit from it. I still don't even fully understand why.

I just returned my car and I retned it for 3 days. I drove off for my roadtrip at 155pm on Friday, and pulled up this afternoon at 420pm. So I was charged for 3 days, and 4 hours. 4 hours?!! I questioned them about how 2 hours and 25 minutes could add up to 4 hours, but they still charged me for 4 hours. And eventhough this is 'only' a $15 charge on the total of $314... It gave me a bad taste. And I will not be using their services again.

Second rental here, first time the engine sounded like it was about to fall out of car, this time I had to fill the tires twice bc low pressure came on. Don't wash cars and bad condition.
