I had a great time at my first class. I like the fact that I could go at my own pace (as I have not worked out in several years and need to work my way back to building up my endurance). I am excited to go back tonight for my second class!

I had a fantastic experience at amerikick in bay ridge!! It is family-owned & extremely professional. The staff are extremely warm and helpful! Amazing workout!
