service was great, tree was worth what I paid for (give or take) . . . HOWEVER, the redemption instructions provided at time of purchase were not correct, and I would have been more than happy to pay a bit more for a bit more full tree, the tree provided was on the skimpy side

There was a mix-up with my paperwork apparently. They asked me to call again to confirm again, and though I called, I never reached anyone, despite leaving messages. However, they must have received my voice mails and emails because my tree was delivered on the day originally set up. All's well that ends well.

Great, friendly service, and the best quality Christmas tree I've seen in NYC. Was beyond pleased, and will get me tree here next year, as will all of my friends who enjoyed my tree this year!
