Charles really knows what he's doing and clearly has a lot of training in many techniques. He doesn't just give you the massage you paid for in a prescriptive routine. He works to remedy the pain using his many techniques, even going a little over the massage time if he feels it's necessary. Charles has inspired me to make massage a priority in my wellness regime.

Charles is great. He has good intuition but is also open to asking if anything needs to be adjusted. I have some serious spinal & neck issues and I feel so much better when I go to him. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
