Really cool classes. I haven't taken a class with all the instructors yet but i prefer the 7am class.

Definitely if you're new to Bikram bring a towel for your mat and wear layers - everyone in class strips down to sports bras and shorts - which if you do your research you'll know. Saya was a wonderful teacher to lead me through the poses as a beginner would highly recommend. Once you get past the smell and the heat - it's a great 90 minutes of poses and the sweat feels wonderful!

Great class with Peter and lovely space. Only quibble is that there are "cubby holes" in the ladies' locker room instead of actual lockers.

They don't sell bottled water, but they have a pH balanced water filter that you can use to refill as much as you like for $1

Great location, beautiful and kind staff. Did my first session with Maia and had a wonderful time. Definitely glad I signed up for 3 months.

My first class was the 60 mins yoga/core class. They said it would be a little easier but at the same time a little harder..the class was awesome! I've never sweated so much and felt like I did such a great workout. Great teacher great classmates!!!!

Nice spot. Entrance can be confusing the first time. It's on Washington Avenue (opposite side of where the planet fitness is). Bring your own water. They only have coconut water (the small one for $2), if you don't mind. And mats are $2 each time.
