Nice experience for your children, first time skaters, and first dates.

My husband and I went on Thursday, January 2nd around 3 pm and it wasn't that crowded which was great! My only complaints are that their zamboni was "out of commission" which made it difficult to skate as the time went on, and their food cart was closed. It would have been nice to have hot chocolate. We'll definitely return next year, though!

I don't agree with the fact that adults need to pay when they are there standing watching their children ice skate. I have a fractured foot and I still had to pay to get in to help my kids get their ice skates on. Also, the vendor that is selling the food needs an improvement. Besides being extremely expensive, $3 for a small hot chocolate, the quality of their food is very poor. That is if they actually have the food or drinks available for sale.

It is a modest rink that was very organized and not a lot of drama (I've been to the one in central park and although much bigger, it was a mob scene). The price is very reasonable and the music was straight out of the 80s, as it should be! Just like skating when we were kids. My husband and I had a fantastic time and went on New Years Day.
