About Korilla BBQ

Despite acquiring a brick and mortar location, Korilla BBQ's menu remains something that serves well out of a food truck. The chefs combine Korean flavors with Mexican street-food-serving methods; in other words, they stuff burritos and top rice bowls and salads with flavor combinations such as bulgogi and bacon kimchi fried rice. They supplement the regular menu with seasonal specialties and sometimes even secret menus that can only be accessed by using the password "Do you have a secret menu?" The chefs also ensure that the great flavors come from premium ingredients like all-natural meat and produce acquired as fresh as possible. Their culinary prowess earned them a spot competing on the Food Networks's Great Food Truck Race.

Go hungry, add double meat n skip the cheese. After all the years they've been out, still one of the best most consistent trucks in NYC.

The problem was I brought my Korilla BBQ back to the office. Shortly, thereafter, my office co-workers said they smelled a dead rat - it wasn't a rat but the smell of my Korilla BBQ. I was very embarrassed & will never bring this back to the office.
