Ive been “going to the gym” not consistently over a decade; finally do I now know proper form bc of Antonio and Jasmine and proper form MAKES a difference. I love their energy and vibe as well! Great workouts ❤️

Loved the classes at Fitness Sanctuary. It was super easy to schedule classes every day that worked with my schedule. I liked that there was a variety of classes and instructors to choose from and really be able to change up my workouts. Facilities and equipment are clean and well kept. Instructors are super nice and really help you achieve your fitness goals.

This place is awesome!!! Great classes. They push you to your limit. Realy nice people. Clean facility. Fitness Sanctuary is definitely worth a try.
