About SevenBell Fitness

In their own words, co-founders Seven Bell and Jesse Barocas started their fitness center as "a philosophy, not a facility." They know success hinges not on their shiny Spin bikes, gold dust-stuffed punching bags, or quality free weights, but on the personal commitment, strong trainer-trainee relationships, and overall sense of community forged between their gym's walls. Along with nutritional counseling and massage therapy, the duo's Spin classes, boxing lessons, and one-on-one coaching sessions make it simple for driven, hardworking visitors to soar in the direction of their goals—all while getting to know their local fitness community better.

Great local gym! Just enough equipment, great free classes with membership, friendly staff. It's not Exquinox, but it's also not $250/month. Love the membership option of one included personal training session per month. Just enough to keep you on track and correct any issues in your form before they become a problem.

Surprisingly well equipped for a small gym. Was quite impressed with the focus room at the back where you can have privacy if you want or just work the punching bag. Also good if you just need some space for an ab routine and the place is busy.

Pros: good trainer Never seems to be crowded Towels available Friendly staff Cons: Loud music Only one exercise bike No locker room; just two bathrooms Elliptical doesn’t work Assessment/training session is an attempt to sell training sessions. On the third floor: NO ELEVATOR.

I got harassed to verify my membership after I had already been coming to the gym for a week. This took so much time that it didn’t make sense to work out anymore. Even after my name came up in their system, I was drilled with more questions... I really wanted to like this gym but the staff is Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Payment center harasses me for monthly payment even though I purchased group-on. Will not go back or recommend
