The studio is really nice and clean. The classes are a good work out but also gentle/mindful of back pain. Highly recommend!

What a GREAT workout!!!!!! The instructor was wonderful, the studio is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I just came out of 4 classes that I took this lovely Saturday morning so I can't really walk right now but I truthfully enjoyed it. Wanted to try as many as I could to see what I like best and to make the most of a day off from work. The instructors are clearly knowledgeable, passionate and caring. You get individual attention even in a full room. Class size varied. The largest crowd was for Zumba

This is the best workout class I’ve ever been to. It’s decorated like a spa but the class is so tough. I’ve never had an instructor pay so much attention to my form. I will definitely be sticking to this studio.
