Was able to get a same day appointment. Office staff were kind and efficient. Laser genesis was pretty painless, feels like a light static shock and nurse was knowledgeable and gentle. Received an unexpected mini facial from the esthetician which was an added bonus. It’s been a couple days and I can already see an improvement on my dark spots. Definitely would recommend.
I LOVE this place! The staff is polite, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed and I so appreciate their occasional sales and promotions. Heidi did an excellent job on my Laser Genesis. I highly recommend her. I also really like their $25 after treatment package. It's worth every penny. I really enjoyed the service I received at Lotus Beverly Hills Skin Center. The people that work there are very attentive, thorough, and professional. I was treated twice. The first time was by a registered nurse and the second time was by a doctor. The facility is clean and relaxing. I felt as if the professionals there were willing to go out of their way to make sure my facial would be the best they could make it. I do wish that I had received more thorough information when I asked questions about the procedures, machines used, products etc. I like to be well-informed about things like this and I was not given many details. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience and I plan on going back. I recommend this Spa to anyone looking to improve their skin.

I love the staff! They did a great job. I look fabulous because they did a little extra for free. They went beyond my expectations!
I like the results from the toning laser. They charged an additional $50. I'm happy the consultant recommended I get it instead of an IPL. There were a few times where I experienced a language barrier with one of the girls assisting. I think they speak mainly Japanese at Lotus and I wasn't understanding her.
