I think East Meets West Yoga is wonderful!! Donna is a wonderful instructor & very accommodating. She gives everyone in the class individual attention, which I feel is so important when learning how to do yoga. I would definitely recommend to others.

It is more than just a wonderful stretch and core stabilizer! I look forward to this class for a welcome opportunity of centering, grounding and being present in the moment. The instructor is superior in his approach and participation...with NO JUDGEMENT!
