They have great customer service. I was greeted immediately even when they were busy with other customers. When it was my turn, the lady was very friendly and efficient. The have an optional eco bag that you can reuse insead of having all that plastic and paper for each garment. The eco bag also doubles as a bag to collect your dry cleaning or laundry. My clothes looked great. The only thing is that they are on the high end of the price range. They do great work so I guess you get what you pay for.

they were great! i had a "situation" and they weren't stubborn about "rules", but adapted to the situation. i appreciate that flexibility!

Very good and friendly service. When you come in you are greeted by one of the staff.
The only thing I had encountered was my husband shirt has shell buttons, I wish they covered them when pressing. I called to complain, they were willing to replace them. So I like the way they take care of a problem. Very organized and well run.
I would go back for these reasons.

Very helpful, and they did a great job! Not quite as expensive as I thought they would be based on their Yelp reviews but just as nice.
