About Hair by Flora LA

Flora graduated from the Mr. Goodbye School of Cosmetology, a Russian-Canadian institution. Certified by Vidal Sassoon, as well as the Bumble and bumble Academy, Flora studied Schwarzkopf color and spent more than a decade honing her skills at Carlton Hair International as a mentor and manager. Now a business owner, Flora continues to craft new 'dos with haircuts, color, and highlights. She also nourishes locks with conditioner, sculpts waves and curls with perms, and arranges hair into updos. In addition to molding manes, she shapes brows into beautiful arches to support the forehead as it wrinkles under the ever-increasing weight of reality.
