awful. I brought in a photo OF MYSELF with shorter hair for her to copy. nothing complicated, just a layered cut. Around my face the hair was supposed to be layered. she looked at the photo 4 times. THEN she cut the hair right around my sides of my face, a layer that clearly was down to my chin in the photo, she cut much shorter, up to my eye!! THREE INCHES TOO SHORT!! IT LOOKED RIDICULOUS! LIKE A LITTLE BOY! Then instead of apologizing, she tried to make excuses. She had a photo to work from. Of ME. so for 5 MONTHS i had to pin my hair back till it grew out to normal length. horrible.
