It took over an hour & a half with 2 people working on me at the same time & the end result was mediocre. Chairs were uncomfortable. We would have paid extra for Gel, but the woman said she left the gel at home?! I still tipped well, cause I'm sure many people stiff them, but I did it cause they were nice...not good :(

The nail aetheticians were very nice and competent but their equipment was extremely lacking. THey did not have comfortable chairs to sit in, or massage chairs, the foot bath was not plugged in to make bubble massage, they did not have any type of dryers for the feet, just one small fan for one hand at a time for drying. My back was killing me when I left from the chair.

Girls are just starting out. They have very little experience.
