Jesse, the owner, is a friendly guy. It looks like a gas station (which it also is), but there is a repair shop attached to it. I was skeptical at first but they did a quick and fast job. Definitely recommended

The service manager is very accommodating and their mechanic seems very knowledgeable and thorough. I plan on going to Universal for all repairs and scheduled maintenance on my two cars.
