I GOT THE UPPER EYELINER DONE BY JENNIFER AND IT WAS FAST AND PAINLESS. I'VE HAD ALOT OF PERMANT MAKEUP DONE BEFORE AND NEVER WAS IT SO FAST AND PAINLESS.
