Vivian, the hair stylist was great. She listened to what I wanted and asked for and then did a good job. I will go back to her again!

Need more parking

The employees are great but the owner/manager is rarely there and there is no receptionist so the poor employees have to listen to ringing phone all day and answer messages between clients. Also they have to take care of people who come in the door. I find this unprofessional.

I requested that my hair be cut short, but it wasn't really. I asked Linda to trim the back some more, but it was only minimally done. I would really like to return and have this done. Other than this, I was very happy with Linda's services; she has a lot of skill, is very nice and personable, and listened to what I wanted otherwise.
