I have not experienced their cleaning efforts yet but Nancy was extremely helpful in booking for a specific required date. Very positive experience so far !

Disappointed kitchen floor not washed and living room carpet not vacuumed main baithroom toilet not even washed still dust on top of tank as well the lady was very nice though I wis I was there when it was finished lesson learned

Not good

I was never able to book my cleaning because no one ever answered the phone and no one ever called me back. Nice customer service. I will never recommend them.

Many things were not dusted at all, even though that was a top priority requested. One of my bathrooms was not cleaned, and the floor was not cleaned under furniture. My house only has 800 sq ft. I won't use their services again.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of cleaning is very low. I felt that my house was not cleaned at all. Very sloppy job: sinks were poorly cleaned, floors had marks, garbage was left behind, kitchen counters were left dirty, appliances had fingerprints ... Just a few things to mention. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I asked for a receipt and the woman on the phone said they do not give receipts. It took ten mins of talking before she agreed to send it to me. I am waiting to receive the receipt as I am not convinced it will arrive.
