Thanks for an enjoyable evening! The recipes and instruction were simple and easy...no fuss, no muss...important for busy weekday schedules :)

I would like to go again for sure.

I like the cooking classes, but have noticed that the more recent ones have less "substance" to them than earlier ones. i.e. you don't learn as much and some recipes are quite basic. I would prefer that an actual cooking technique be taught, via a recipe. On a positive note, the actual "teaching" in the classes seems improved.
