Item not in stock. Apparently this is always the case with Dyson cleaners. The take your order and then bring them in. Would have been nice to know this in advance......

Called etobicoke location, left several messages never returned call. Called Stoney creek, they were helpful at least, got in touch with etobicoke directly and returned my call. Product was available and I would receive call back momentarily from etobicoke. Never got a call back. Had to phone again myself. Was then told product needed to be delivered to them and additional $100 to deliver it to my place. Now waiting to pick it up myself. Terrible experience but now locked into purchase.
